Obituary

An incredible nurse, leader, colleague and friend - Ann passed away unexpectedly on 28 April.

Ann loved life. Her smile always at the ready, excited about something happening at one of the Care Communities she managed, or sharing an uplifting story about a resident or member of her team.

As the Irish blessing goes “death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal” – we will not forget you and will continue to be inspired by the love, leadership and friendship you shared.

May you rest in peace Ann.

Your leadership was commendable. One of the best I have ever encountered. I will forever remember you and the last laughs we have on that 24th. We are incredibly shaken by your sudden departure but we will do you proud. From the clouds above looking down on us, we will wave your NSW West Flag. We miss you already. Thank you for trusting and believing in me. Thank you for seeing my vision for Mudgee. Thank you for everything Ann.
